Born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, Jeri K. Augustus has spent more than 40 years working in customer service. Her personal experience with loss and grief helped shape a compassionate approach to helping families find meaningful ways to honor loved ones who have passed and celebrate those who are still living.
At Jewelry Keepsakes, Jeri has played an important role in the development of cremation jewelry, including modern pendants, cremation rings, and bracelets. She also helped launch the company's photo engraved jewelry collection, which began with five photo engraved pendants and has grown to include several hundred styles.
Jeri continues to help customers with questions and concerns about memorial jewelry and personalized keepsakes while remaining actively involved in leadership and customer care at Jewelry Keepsakes.
