Collecting The Thumbprint: We offer three ways in which the print for thumbprint jewelry is collected.

Immediate upload. If the customer already has their print, they can upload the selected print using the upload button on the product page.
Thumbprint collection kit. Our collection kit is mailed once the order is placed and includes everything that is needed to obtain the print. Follow the instructions on the card and upload the print using the QR code or by the print in jpg or png format to sales@jewelrykeepsakes.com.
Customer service. If you need assistance getting a fingerprint from a funeral home or mortuary, let us help! Our customer service representatives are happy to assist in any way possible!

Professional Editing Of The Thumbprint: Our professional thumbprint editors will crop and enhance the print to bring out the beauty and individual qualities. Partial thumbprints, smudged prints, etc. can be rebuilt to get the best possible engraving.

Engraving The Thumbprint: The thumbprint is engraved using high definition laser engraving to get the best quality engraved fingerprint. The end result is an engraved fingerprint that you can touch and feel due to the depth of the engraving.

Packaging And Shipping Your Thumbprint Jewelry: Your thumbprint jewelry is packaged in a beautiful gift box. We offer complimentary gift wrap upon request. Most thumbprint jewelry ships within 48 hours of fingerprint upload.
