Sending us the cremated ashes is very easy.  Once your order is complete, we will immediately ship out an ash collection kit.  The kit contains an ash receptacle as well as an addressed postage paid envelope.  Collect a small amount of ashes in the ash receptacle and mail them to us using the included envelope.  The sooner that we receive your ashes the quicker we can send your pendant.  The ashes that we did not use are securely packaged and placed in the box with the Gold Plated Over Sterling Silver Square Ash and Thumbprint Pendant and your selection is on its way 24-48 hours after we receive the ashes.
